It is well-known that California is in the midst of a nursing shortage, which is projected to worsen over the next 25 years.

This shortage of nurses is potentially a health care crisis in the making. Health care leaders are presented discussing the shortage, the efforts their organizations are undertaking to address it, and possible solutions.

The video runs 55 minutes and was originally produced in October 2005.
