The WHO announced today that they are declaring the current outbreak of H1N1 virus (aka Swine Flu) a Pandemic. We all know that this has nothing to do with how deadly this pathogen is, only its tendency to spread.
This Phase 6 status comes after data showed the widespread infection across both Australia and the United States of America.
Nurses - how has this effected your practice? Please share your experiences.
